With a limited production, this Alvarinho is the result of an oenology concept that materialises, every year, into the production of unique and exceptional wines that reflect the singularity and character of the terroir on which each variety is planted.
100% Alvarinho. The grapes were harvested from three specific zones of two blocks of the vineyard. With no influence of wood and only under the influence of low temperatures and regular battonage, this wine has found the best way to express all its freshness, aromatic intensity, texture and ageing potential.
Colour with intense and bright greenish and lemon tones. Expressive nose with intense orange blossom, gaining expression with temperature and over time in the glass. Floral notes, lightly tropical and light white pepper, dry style with focus on freshness-acidity and texture. A very mineral character with citric notes to taste, and very long. A wine to be tried now, but with great potential for ageing.
