Planted in two distinct zones of medium slope. Several areas where the berries were smaller in size, higher in acidity, and had higher levels of phenolic compounds were zoned.
Closed, dark, opaque, and dense in colour. Nose with an exuberant aromatic freshness. Serious, with notes of black fruits, broom, black olive, and mineral. In the test, all of the aromatic characteristics are felt, with a long attack and volume. Spicy and growing tannins. It opens up and reveals itself with time in the glass, increasing its intensity.
