Exclusion of warranties and liability relating to the website

Ravasqueira Vinhos S.A. does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the Website and services, and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from their unavailability.

Ravasqueira Vinhos S.A. may refuse or withdraw access to the Website/services, without notice, to Users who do not comply with these General Conditions and/or applicable legislation.

Placing an online order

To purchase from the Online Store, the User must register as a Customer.

Once registered, select the products and complete the order by following the steps indicated on the Website.

Validation of the purchase order implies express acceptance of these General Conditions. The data recorded by the Online Store constitutes proof of the transactions carried out between Ravasqueira Vinhos S.A. and the Customer.

At the end of the purchase, the Customer will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If you detect any errors, you should request a correction immediately.

Product availability

All items are subject to stock availability. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

In the event of a shortage (temporary or permanent), the Customer will be informed and offered an alternative with similar characteristics.

Prices

Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.

Online promotional prices may differ from those in physical stores.

Prices are subject to change without notice, without prejudice to orders already confirmed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight/volumetric weight, destination and order value, and are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery areas: Mainland Portugal, Autonomous Region of Madeira and Autonomous Region of the Azores.

Approximate delivery times:

Mainland: 1–3 working days after confirmation of payment and stock;

Madeira/Azores: 4–10 working days (may vary depending on the island, weather conditions or sea/air operations).

Specific logistics surcharges may apply (e.g. remote areas, redelivery). The final amount will always be indicated at checkout.

Note: To protect the product, all shipments use special packaging for bottles. In case of visible damage, refuse delivery or note the reservation on the delivery note and notify Ravasqueira Vinhos S.A. immediately.

After the payment details have been issued by Multibanco, the Customer has 48 hours to pay; after this period, the order is automatically cancelled. In the case of PayPal/card, the debit occurs at the time of shipment.

Ravasqueira Vinhos S.A. makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data transmitted.

Delivery

Orders are shipped after confirmation of stock and payment to the address indicated by the Customer, according to the carrier's schedule.

No deliveries are made to PO boxes.

All orders must be checked upon receipt. If you detect any irregularity/damage, return it to the carrier, record the reason on the delivery note and inform us immediately.

Returns and refunds policy

The Customer may exercise their right of free termination within 14 calendar days of receipt (Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February, in its current wording).

To exercise this right, send an unequivocal statement (letter or email) to the contacts indicated on the Website.

The product(s) must be returned, without undue delay, within a maximum of 14 days after notification of termination, in perfect condition, with packaging, labels and counter labels intact.

The costs of return are borne by the Customer, except when the responsibility lies with Ravasqueira Vinhos S.A.

After receipt and validation, the amount paid will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to a more expensive delivery option), using the same payment method or bank transfer where applicable.

Legal exceptions: for health/hygiene reasons, opened/tampered with products or products that cannot be resold cannot be returned (art. 17 of DL 24/2014).

Sale of alcoholic beverages

The sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to minors under the age of 18. Ravasqueira Vinhos S.A. may request proof of age at the time of delivery.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

All purchases are subject to Portuguese law.
Without prejudice to the mandatory rules of territorial jurisdiction applicable to consumers, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.
